A. General
We, Darsoodemy Limited, incorporated under the Bangladeshi Companies Act (Act XVIII), of 1994 (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Darsoodemy”), with the incorporation number C162578 / 2020, is committed to safeguarding your privacy in relation to the protection of your personal information. The Services are governed by this Policy, and any other rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform as applicable to you.
Please read this Policy carefully prior to accessing our Platform and using the Services. By accessing and using the Platform, providing your Personal Information (defined below), or by otherwise signaling your agreement when the option is presented to you, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing and storing of information described in this Policy, Terms of Service and any other rules, policies or guidelines published on the Platform as applicable to you (collectively referred to as the “Platform Terms”), and Darsoodemy disclaims all the liabilities arising therefrom. If you have inadvertently submitted any Personal Information to Darsoodemy prior to reading this Policy statements set out herein, or you do not agree with the way your Personal Information is collected, stored, or used, then you may access, modify and/or delete your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy.
If any information you have provided or uploaded on the Platform violates the Platform Terms, Darsoodemy may be required to delete such information upon informing you of the same and revoke your access to the Platform if required. B. Controllers
Darsoodemy is the controller of Personal Information that it collects and processes in connection with the use of the Platform and the provision of the Services on the Platform. The kind of Personal Information we collect in connection with such use is detailed below.

“Personal Information” shall mean the information which identifies a User i.e., first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph and/or phone number provided at the time of registration or any time thereafter on the Platform.
We request you to not provide Darsoodemy with any Personal Information unless specifically requested by us. In the event you share with Darsoodemy any Personal Information without us having specifically requested for the same, then we bear no liability in respect of such Personal Information provided by you.

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so — for example, to provide our Services on the Platform, to communicate with you, or to make our Services better.

Information we collect from You:
1. Basic account information: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you will need to create an account and register with us. We ask for basic information which may include your name, an email address, state of residence, and password, along with a username and phone/mobile number.
2. Information you choose to provide: When you complete your profile within the Platform, you may choose to provide your profile photo, name of your current educational institution and current grade. We explicitly ask for your device camera permission if and when you want to update your profile picture. This is not mandatory. This information is not visible to anyone on or off the Platform.
3. Information when you communicate with us: When you write to us with a question or to ask for help, we will keep that correspondence, and the email address, for future reference; this may also include any phone/ mobile numbers if you have provided us the same as part of your communication either in writing (emails included), over a phone call or otherwise. When you browse pages on our Platform, we will track that for statistical purposes which may be to improve the Platform and the Services. You may also provide us your Personal Information or other information when you respond to surveys, enter any form of contests, tests, events, competitions, webinars, etc., hosted by Darsoodemy, either on the Platform or otherwise, or when you otherwise communicate with us via form, e-form, email, phone, or otherwise, we store a copy of our communications (including any call recordings or emails, if any, as permitted by applicable law). When you use our paid doubt solving feature, we explicitly ask for your device camera permission so that you can share any associated image with us.
4. Information related to location: You may also choose to provide location related information, including but not limited to access to GPS, which will enable us, with your consent, to offer customized offerings for specific services where location data is relevant and/or applicable such as informing you whether services on the Platform that you have expressed interest in may be availed of at or near your location.
Information we collect automatically:
1. Device and Log information: When you access our Platform, we collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, including the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, referring site, the date and time of access, operating system, and mobile network information. We collect log information when you use our Platform — for example, when you create or make changes to your account information on the Platform.
2. Usage information: We collect information about your usage of our Platform. We also collect information about what happens when you use our Platform (e.g., page views, support document searches, features enabled for your account, interactions with other parts of our Services) along with information about your Supported Device (e.g., screen size, name of cellular network, and mobile device manufacturer). We use this information to provide our Platform to you, get insights on how people use our Platform so that we can make our Platform better, and understand and make predictions about User retention.
3. Location information: We may determine the approximate location of your Supported Device from your Internet Protocol (IP) address. We may collect and use this information to calculate how many people visit from certain geographic regions or to improve our Platform Services.

যে মাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে কোনও গ্রাহক অর্থ প্রদান করেছেন বা ভাউচার আকারে 7-21 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সফল প্রক্রিয়াকরণ এবং দারসুডেমি টেকনোলজিস’র দ্বারা রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ অনুমোদনের মাধ্যমে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। এই নিশ্চিতকরণ ব্যবহারকারীর কাছে এসএমএস হবে।
কখন রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না?
যদি আপনি ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে 48 ঘন্টা পরে অভিযোগ বা ফেরতের অনুরোধ জমা দেন।
যদি আপনি ইতিমধ্যে 48 ঘন্টার অভিযোগ সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার কোর্স শংসাপত্র অর্জন করে থাকেন, তাহলে আপনি আর অর্থ ফেরতের যোগ্য নন।
আপনি যদি 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ দায়ের করেন এবং পরবর্তী 7 দিনের মধ্যে কোর্সের সার্টিফিকেট অর্জন করেন, তাহলে আপনি টাকা ফেরত পাওয়ার অধিকারী হবেন না।
আপনি যখন অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য অনুরোধ করবেন, তখন অর্থ ফেরতের প্রক্রিয়া চলছে। অতএব, আপনি যদি কোনও ক্রিয়াকলাপ সম্পূর্ণ করেন (একটি ভিডিও চালান, একটি কুইজ বা পরীক্ষার চেষ্টা করুন, নির্দিষ্ট কোর্সের উপকরণ ডাউনলোড করুন) এবং কোর্সটি চালিয়ে যান, তাহলে আপনি অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধের জন্য যোগ্য হবেন না।
আপনি যদি রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করার আগে 5টির বেশি প্রিমিয়াম/প্রদত্ত ভিডিও সম্পূর্ণ করেন, তাহলে আপনি রিফান্ডের যোগ্য হবেন না।
আপনি যদি ই-বুক কিনে থাকেন।
আপনি যদি একটি সাবস্ক্রিপশন ভিত্তিক কোর্স কিনে থাকেন এবং সেই কোর্সের জন্য ক্লাস শুরু হয়ে গেছে।
কখন টাকা ফেরত পাওয়া যাবে?
ভুল ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে বা গ্রাহক যদি অন্য কোর্স কিনতে ইচ্ছুক হন, তাহলে ভাউচার প্রদানের মাধ্যমে অন্য কোর্সে স্থানান্তর করা যেতে পারে। যদি নতুন কোর্সের মূল্যঃ ক্রয়কৃত কোর্সের চেয়ে বেশি হয়, তবে ব্যবহারকারীকে পছন্দসই অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিতে দারসুডেমিকে অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
ক্রয়কৃত কোর্সের চেয়ে কম, ব্যবহারকারী অর্থ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে দারসুডেমির কাছ থেকে অতিরিক্ত পরিমাণের অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন যার মাধ্যমে কোর্সটি কেনা হয়েছিল।
যদি 1ডারসুডেমি রেকর্ডকৃত ক্লাসের পরিবর্তে ভুলবশত ক্রয় করা লাইভ ক্লাস কোর্সে প্রতিশ্রুতি অনুযায়ী সম্পদ সরবরাহ করতে ব্যর্থ হয় এবং তদ্বিপরীত।
আপনি যখন অর্থ ফেরতের জন্য অনুরোধ করেন, তখন কী হয়?
একবার রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ জমা দেওয়ার পরে, আপনার নথিভুক্ত কোর্সটি সাময়িকভাবে লক হয়ে যাবে।অনুরোধ পাওয়ার 7 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ গৃহীত হলে দারসুডেমি আপনাকে এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করবে। অর্থ ফেরতের অনুরোধ গৃহীত হওয়ার পর, আপনাকে কোর্স থেকে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হবে না এবং আপনার অগ্রগতি মুছে ফেলা হবে। আপনি যদি আবার কোর্সটি কিনতে চান, তাহলে আপনাকে শুরু থেকেই কোর্সটি শুরু করতে হবে। (ব্যবহারকারীকে কীভাবে জানানো হবে যে তাদের অনুরোধ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে? তারা কি ফলোআপ করার জন্য একটি সাপোর্ট টিকিট আইডি পাবে?)

For students in madrasahs and schools across Bangladesh, Darsoodemy is committed to providing accessible educational content designed to support your academic success and lifelong learning journey.
Darsoodemy (and its subsidiaries/affiliates) may contact users via SMS, email, and phone calls to share information on services and products, seeking consent to showcase offerings. By registering, users agree to be contacted by Darsoodemy and its subsidiaries through phone, SMS, and email, and hold Darsoodemy harmless from any liability, including financial penalties, if the user’s number is listed in the Do Not Call (DNC) database. Contact methods will include phone, SMS, and email for marketing and educational updates.
If consented, Darsoodemy may arrange product demonstrations at a specified location, though users agree they were not misled about product quality and conducted their own inquiries and assessments. Darsoodemy may use users’ registered mobile numbers, email addresses, or other contact details provided, ensuring better service. Users agree to receive messages through these specified methods. To enhance service, Darsoodemy may monitor user interactions with applications and content. Students agree that assignment-related questions will be clarified by Darsoodemy’s services.
Despite efforts to train sales and service teams for quality control, Darsoodemy cannot guarantee its employees’ conduct and disclaims responsibility for misconduct. User feedback is encouraged and Darsoodemy reserves the right to act based on feedback received.
Certain Darsoodemy services, such as counseling and case management, may have distinct terms and usage limits. Signing up for Darsoodemy services does not automatically entitle access to all features, and Darsoodemy reserves the right to determine access eligibility. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.
Darsoodemy products and services are compatible with specific devices, including the application and content. Darsoodemy is not obligated to support third-party devices that lack compatibility. Devices may be upgraded as necessary.
Darsoodemy is not liable for data loss, device slowdown, or any other adverse effects due to service usage. Shipment destinations must be confirmed at the time of purchase. Deliveries are to the address given at checkout and cannot be changed post-purchase. For any damaged items at delivery, Darsoodemy covers return shipping costs. Otherwise, the user arranges returns at their own cost, within 15 days of delivery. Refund requests beyond 15 days will not be accepted.
To use Darsoodemy services, users must register, providing information like name, mobile number, email, and address. Account security is the user’s responsibility. If account access is compromised, users must notify Darsoodemy immediately. Account accessibility depends on external factors, like internet connectivity, and Darsoodemy disclaims responsibility for accessibility issues beyond its control.
Only users over 18, or with guardian consent, can register for Darsoodemy products and services. If it’s found a minor used the platform without guardian approval, Darsoodemy reserves the right to terminate access. Guardians are responsible for ensuring minors meet requirements. Users under 18 must have guardian permission before submitting personal data on the platform.
Users agree to indemnify Darsoodemy and its representatives against claims or liabilities resulting from the use of its services. Darsoodemy disclaims liability for damages arising from service use and makes no warranties regarding product or service performance.
In the event of a terms violation, Darsoodemy may seek legal remedies, including account suspension or termination. Violations of this agreement may also carry local legal consequences.
Bangladeshi law governs this agreement, with disputes resolved in Dhaka courts.
Darsoodemy reserves the right to modify its services without prior notice. Changes in terms, product availability, or pricing may occur at any time without obligation to notify users.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply if technical issues prevent course access, promised resources are not delivered, or incorrect purchases occur. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
How to Request a Refund
Call 01755159918 (available Friday and Satarday), providing your registration email and phone number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as a voucher within 7-14 days of approval.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds do not apply to e-books, subscription-based courses once started, or if a refund request is filed more than 48 hours after purchase. Additionally, courses accessed beyond a certain usage limit or completed with a certificate are ineligible.
Course Transfers
If you purchase the wrong course, a transfer may be arranged with a voucher. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
Darsoodemy reserves the right to update these terms as necessary.
